This women’s sports shirt is perfect for long-distance running. The patented nub system provides targeted stimulation of the muscle fascias in the torso and shoulders. This improves your overall running position, as well as your shoulder position and arm swing. Special compression zones also provide support and strengthening of the stomach and back muscles.
